What OrQ Dine is

OrQ Dine is a service your AI assistant uses to find restaurants, bars, cafés and similar places, to look up their contact details, to book tables at restaurants that run on 247OrQ, and to send table requests to other restaurants. By using it, directly or through an assistant, you agree to these terms.

Information about places

Place information comes from Foursquare Open Source Places and, for live contact details and hours, Google Maps. It can be out of date or wrong: a place may have moved, closed or changed its hours. Check with the restaurant before you rely on it. We have no ratings or reviews and don't recommend one place over another except by how well it matches your search and how near it is.

Bookings at restaurants that run on 247OrQ

A booking is made directly with the restaurant through 247OrQ, after you confirm your mobile number. The restaurant decides its tables and its own rules; seating wishes such as "patio" are requests, and the restaurant assigns the table. A large party may become a request that the restaurant's manager confirms with you. To change or cancel, use the link in your confirmation or ask your assistant.

Table requests to other restaurants

A table request is not a reservation. We pass it to the restaurant and tell you its answer: confirmed, another time offered, or declined. If we can't get an answer by the time we gave you, your request is not confirmed and you should call the restaurant. Only a confirmation from the restaurant is a reservation. We can't guarantee that any restaurant will accept a request.

Using OrQ Dine fairly

• Book or request only for yourself, or for someone who has asked you to, with their name and mobile number and their permission.
• Don't make bookings or requests you don't intend to keep, and cancel when your plans change.
• Don't copy our data in bulk, overload the service, or use it to build a competing database.

We may limit or stop access for anyone who doesn't follow these terms.

Our responsibility

OrQ Dine is provided "as is". We are not a restaurant and are not responsible for a restaurant's service, its decisions about your booking or request, or what happens at your visit. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from OrQ Dine is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Third-party content

Foursquare place data is used under the Apache License 2.0. Google Maps content is subject to the Google Maps Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Changes, law and contact
