Privacy notice
Effective 8 October 2026 · OrQ Dine is operated by 247 CV Solutions LLC ("we")
OrQ Dine helps your AI assistant find restaurants and, at restaurants that run on 247OrQ, book a table for you. This notice explains what we collect, why, who sees it and how long we keep it.
Searching
When your assistant searches, it sends us the place and the kind of food or drink you asked about. We use that only to answer the search. We do not save searches, and we do not keep anything that identifies you. Our server keeps short technical logs (time, the tool used, and the network address of the assistant's server) to run the service and stop abuse; these logs are deleted after 30 days.
Contact details from Google Maps
When you choose a place to call, we look up its current phone number, website and opening hours on Google Maps and pass them to your assistant. We do not store what Google returns, except Google's identifier for the place. Google's use of that request is covered by the Google Privacy Policy, and the Google Maps content is subject to the Google Maps Terms of Service.
Booking at a restaurant that runs on 247OrQ
To book, your assistant passes us the restaurant, date, time, party size, your first and last name, your mobile number and any note (for example "by the window"), and, if you choose, your email address. We send a one-time code to your mobile to confirm it is your number. The booking is made with the restaurant through 247OrQ, the restaurant's reservation system, which keeps it as the restaurant's reservation record. OrQ Dine itself does not keep a copy. After a booking you receive a "guest pass" that your assistant may save so your next booking needs no code; it works only for your mobile number and expires after 90 days.
Table requests to other restaurants
For a restaurant that doesn't run on 247OrQ, you may send a table request. We then keep your first and last name, mobile number, the request (restaurant, date, time, party size, note) and its history, so that a member of our team, or a calling service working for us, can contact the restaurant for you and tell you its answer by text. We share your name, party size, time and, if the restaurant needs it, your mobile number with that restaurant only to pass your request. We delete your name and number 30 days after the requested date; we keep the rest without anything that identifies you, to count how requests went. A request is not a reservation until the restaurant confirms.
Text messages
We text you only about something you asked for: your code, and updates on your booking or request. Reply STOP to stop texts from us, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. We never use your number for marketing.
Who we share with
- The restaurant you book or request, to make or pass your reservation.
- Service providers that run the service for us, under contract and only for that purpose: Google Cloud (hosting), Twilio (text messages), and the calling service that contacts restaurants for table requests.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell personal information, share it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Where place data comes from
Restaurant names, addresses, categories and listed phone numbers come from Foursquare Open Source Places, used under the Apache License 2.0. Live contact details and opening hours come from Google Maps.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing dev@247orq.com from the mobile number's owner or with the request's link. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including to know, delete and correct personal information; we do not sell or share it as those terms are defined there. To cancel a booking or request, use the link in your confirmation text or ask your assistant.
Security
Names and mobile numbers are encrypted in our database. Access is limited to the people and services that need it to fulfil your booking or request, and is logged. If we learn of a security incident affecting your information, we will tell you and the platforms we work with as the law requires.
Children
OrQ Dine is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information about children.
